WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The typical processing time is 2-5 business days, but after a shop update or during the holidays please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship.
CAN YOU/WHEN WILL YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
In the future, I plan to expand shipping to additional countries. If you reside outside of Canada, please reach out to me, and I will arrange special shipping options for you.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, CAN YOU REFUND OR REPLACE IT?
If your order shipped with tracking more than two weeks ago and has not arrived, please email me at ola.birch@gmail.com with your order number so I can help you out. I cannot refund or replace orders purchased without tracking.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for supporting my small business! Please note that I operate on a simple, straightforward policy: all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, as I create each product with care and provide a photo of your item before shipping. If you’re happy with the picture and I ship it to you, the sale is complete.
Once the product leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping, such as damage or delays, as these are beyond my control.
