TERMS OF SERVICE

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, because I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped I cannot offer full refunds for items damaged or lost in transit. I am not responsible if you type your address incorrectly.

If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly. If you selected untracked shipping and do not have a tracking number there is nothing I can do to locate your order and do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages.

If your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors please reach out to me at ola.birch@gmail.com with pictures of the item so I can help you out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request a cancelation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. After canceling your order, funds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

REFUND POLICY

I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items that were received in good condition. Any mistakes on my part (such as sending the incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order) please email me at ola.birch@gmail.com so I can work with you to solve the issue!

ISSUES WITH ORDERS

If you encounter a defective, missing, or incorrect item, kindly reach out to me at ola.birch@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll promptly assist you. Typically, I’ll provide a replacement item to resolve the issue. Please understand that as a small business, any errors incurred will directly impact my finances. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
