Email Order
To place an order, kindly follow these steps via email:
- Send an email to ola.birch@gmail.com with the subject line:
In the email, please include: - Pet’s name
- Choice of portrait design
- Desired completion date
- Pictures of the pet (preferably taken in daylight for accurate color reference). Additional pictures may be requested during the discussion.
- After we finalize the details and agree on a date, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required.
- Custom Pet Portraits typically take 1 to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the chosen style.
- I will share a photo of the finished product with you and am open to adjusting details if needed.
- With your permission, the final pictures of both the original pet and the completed work will be shared on my social media/website.
- As an extra touch, I offer the option to incorporate the actual fur/ashes of your pet into the sculpture.
- Important: Needle-felted portraits are not intended as toys and are best kept out of reach of children and pets.
How to order - on the website

- Full Body Portrait and 3D Portrait:
- To secure your spot, a deposit is required. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you have any inquiries, feel free to utilize the first option (email).
- If you already know the type of portrait you desire, add it to your cart and proceed with the purchase. Ensure to include your email and phone number when filling out the details for effective communication.
- After Purchase:
- Following your purchase, I will contact you to obtain pictures. It is essential to use an email that you frequently check.
- We can coordinate and discuss the date you need the portrait via email or phone.
- Upon completion, I will share a photo of the finished product with you and make necessary adjustments if needed.
- Sharing the Final Result:
- With your permission, the final pictures of both the original pet and the completed work will be posted on my social media and website.
- As an additional sentimental touch, I offer the option to incorporate the actual fur or ashes of your pet into the sculpture.
