3D Pet Portrait (Cat)

Every cat has a unique personality, and my goal is to capture it in wool.

• Using your favorite photos and the stories you share, I create a custom 3D needle-felted cat portrait mounted in a 6-inch hoop. From their markings and eye color to their expression and attitude, each portrait is carefully sculpted by hand using 100% wool.
• For memorial portraits, I can incorporate a small amount of your pet's fur into the artwork. If you would like this option, please mention it when placing your order.
• Tell me about your cat. Are they a fearless explorer, a professional napper, a mischievous troublemaker, or the ruler of the household? The more I learn about them, the more personality I can bring into the portrait.
• Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. I'll keep you updated throughout the process and share progress photos as your portrait comes to life.
• Creating detailed portraits takes time, and some orders may take up to three months to complete. I'll keep you updated throughout the process and share progress photos as your portrait comes to life.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and cover consultation time and materials. The remaining balance is due when your portrait is complete.
• You may notice that 3D cat portraits are priced higher than dog portraits. This is simply because cats typically require more time and detail to create, from their facial structure and fur patterns to the many subtle features that make each cat unique. This pricing difference applies only o 3D cat portraits.
• Side note: I only create three 3D cat portraits each year. Cats demand a lot of attention in real life and, it turns out, in wool too. Each portrait requires a great deal of time, energy, concentration, and patience to capture all those tiny feline details. If you'd like a portrait of your furry companion, I recommend booking sooner rather than later.
